ESI deduction

Hello,

I have one question on ESI scheme

Do we need to deduct ESi for a new employee who do not have ESI Number? Do we need to deduct the ESI for temp employee with temporary identification form?

Do we need to report the ESi deducted for above such employee in Form 6/ Form 5 for whom ESi is deducted?

Could you please help me in this?
