Training s plays a very important role in organisational ad individual employee development .  The main importance of trainings are as under:

- it changes proples behaviour. Negative attitudes will get changed into positive attitude due to improvekment in knowledge. 

- it increases the productivity.  This will also help the company in gaining higher financial gains in transactions

-it motivates and inspires the employees

-it creates feeling in the minds of employees asto how important they are for the organisation.

-it increases job satisfaction and employee morale

-it increases the capacity of the employee to understand and adopt to the new technologies

-it helps the organisation to reduce the turnover of employees in the organisation who are suffering from lack of knowledge

-it helps in solving the problems related to performance.
