We are planning to introduce the LEadership Accelerating Program in our company.
 
The Objective of LEAP is to identify employees with high leadership potential and then provide them with the encouragement, mentorship, training and opportunity to fully develop that potential.  This program will be designed to trigger a set of activities/development areas/projects which will enable these set of employees to have higher career advancement.
 
I would be grateful if you can share your specific company’s policy on this program or guide me as to how I can design the same.
