Hi everyone,

We are recruitment consultants based in India. Recently we got temporary staffing contracts from couple of IT and Non-IT Company's. We are in process of taking 230 temporary staff on our pay rolls. I do require detailed report what are the mandatory procedures required in regards to P.F, ESI and any other benefits which has to be administered from our end. And plz do help me out in required statutes.
