Anger as a emotion - let us brainstorm

Dear Colleagues,

It is said that anger can cause irreparable damage to relationships, and physical damages can be repaired but not the emotional turmoil that are caused by anger. I would like to request the group members and invite your views in sharing instances where you conquered over anger as an emotion and how do you deal with it in stress conditions. Over to the community members now..

Re: Anger as a emotion - let us brainstorm

Hi Jagadish,

This is a great topic to discuss taking us away from the perspective of HR to personal development and I only appreciate you for bringing this on the table.

As I have seen in my life -  anger is a state of helplessness, anger leaves irreparable damage and does not resolve even beyond explanations that are given later and finally anger arouses us to act recklessly as unwanted  reactions.

Thanks,
Rajul
