Dear Professionals,

I am seeking your advice on a personal front about how can I enter the human resource field. I am a college graduate in psychology and have been trying my luck since few months. I see that my 'no experience' is putting me off from job opportunities. Moreover, I understand that most of the corporates prefer some past HR experience even while considering candidates for HR Executive roles.

Would you advice starting as a recruiter in an executive search firm to start with (as I have few offers from these in hand) and so to get a foot in the door?

How did experience later correlate while I try to enter corporate HR in few months/years?

Dear Rupak,

You may want to join a student chapter and/or association to get started and then seek temporary assignments/internships for a smooth entry into HR later.

Dear Rupak,

We can not always expect ,we have to work only after getting formal employment.

Even we can start our career as an Asst.HR or even front office also.

Based on our efficiency , they have to give additional roles .
