Mckinsey 7s for Org Culture and Value System
I plan to conduct a case study on organization culture and values prevaling in an organization. For the same, I am thinking of using McKinsey's 7S framework to evaluate the current organization sructure, its systems and process in addition to the the values prevailing amongst employees.
I seek your expert guidance if I need to add other OD models for this purpose or am I on the right track.
