Dear Senthil,

You may want to review and persue the following:

________________________________________

Dear All,

This is to inform that all the employees should follow the office timings strictly. Employees violating the office timings will be noted & remarked during the appraisal period. So, you all are requested to mark your attendance with the accurate time on daily basis. As it's been observed that some of our team members are still in habit of coming late & not signing their attendance registers on daily basis & thereafter not filling their right time. As you all are aware that we have the cctv cameras recording to check the same.

The office timing starts exactly at 9.30 AM and everyone is instructed to come to office on time. Employee's are expected to adhere to office timings. We need your cooperation on this and make the working environment healthy to work on.

Regards,

HR Deptt.
