Dear colleagues,

Small change is hardly noticeable; people notice change largely through contrast: Make incremental changes very slowly and quietly without telling anyone. The overall trick is in controlling and isolating the resistors. 

The story goes like this:-

Milo was a legendary wrestler with extraordinary strength. He won the Olympic wrestling championship six times between the years 540 to 516 B.C.

While Milo was a boy, a cow in his house delivered a calf. He used to lift up the calf in his arms and carry it on his back every day. Since it grew up only gradually, Milo did not notice the change in its weight. He continued the exercise everyday and his strength grew along with his calf. He could easily lift it in his arms even when it grew into an adult bull. This enabled him to become an athlete of unparalleled strength and stamina


- Employees notice the difference largely through comparison and contrast. Smaller the contrast, lesser is the visibility of change
