I am keen to learn which are the several hiring metrics that are used by your organizations today and how closely are they looked at by the business. Most of us have been tracking source of recruitment and turnaround time, any other that you have been using and are of great value add?

Hi Menaka,

We have been using sourcing channel, time to hire, cost of hire, vacancies vs filled, gender diversity, ratio of offer to acceptance, retention tenure of new hire, productivity increase (for new budgeted or unbudgeted positions).

I too might want to know what the other's are using if they can kindly share.
