Since past few months, I have been working to start my venture into recruitment and staffing. The ground work has been completed whilst I am thinking on defining or/describing an operating model for my start-up which can be explained to customers during meetings. I have met a few customers who've asked me this questions that left me embarassed to describe it confidently.
Therefore, I seek your assistance as to how can I come up defining my operating model - is it a necessity?, if yes, how can I go about creating one for my venture.
Any ideas or view points shall be helpful in this regard.
