 How does your organization deal with employee conflict?  How do you wish it were handled?

A good leader is the one who deals with employee conflicts at time and handles the situation smartly so that it doesnot effects the performance of the team and organization.

1)Donot sit back and wait ,take the action on the right time....and also becareful taking the action before time...unless you find proof that the conflict is negatively impacting or will impact the performance.

2) Beaware of the risks and rewards .For the purpose you must know the boundaries of each of your employee.

3)Carefully observe the situation and behaviours and provide counselling and coaching sessions.

4) Respect the unique differences in people.Different people have different point of views so everyone needs to be neutral and try to see the picture from the other side.
