Maternity leaves,
Applicability:
The Woman Employee (of cource not applicable to men employee, we protest this gender basaed deiscrimination , to whom so concened) can avail this leave for a MAXIMUM of 12 weeks, 6 weeks before the birth of the Baby, and 6 weeks after the birth of the baby,
Yours Responsibility:
To avail maternity leave you are required to give the written request at least 2 months prior the date of availing maternity leave, with the due certification from the certified Doctor, with the prior approval from the concerned manager.
{Provide: No woman shall be entitled to maternity benefit unless she has actually worked in an establishment of the employer from whom the claims maternity benefit, for a period of not less than one hundred and sixty days in the twelve months immediately preceding the date of her expected delivery:

In case of miscarriage,
You can avail leaves for the period of 6 week from the date of miscarriage
( you are requested to provide due doctor’s certificate for such unfortunate happenings)
These leaves are with Pay
Any extension or continuation of maternity leave is treated leaves without pay, and it is compulsory to obtain the prior written approval for the extension or continuation of maternity leaves, from the concerned manager.
Paternity leaves
Applicability: all the male employees can avail, paternity leave for the Maximum of 3 days form , inclusive or exclusive of the date of the birth of the baby, and are required to provide earliest information , in availing the paternity leaves.
These leaves are with pay,
