Hello,

We are a business and technology service company developing business need IT Solutions having expertise in delivering best-in-class software services & providing software solutions utilizing onsite/offshore models. We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company and follow SEI CMMi Level 4 compliant processes.

To have effective & transparent relationships with our employees working at the client side, we have initiated to implement a Employee Relations policy which would enable us to know better of their grievances, their comfort levels and other coaching skills which would enable them to freely approach the HR in case of any issues. 

Ccan anyone guide me in the preparation of Draft / Policy on Employee Relations which could include categories like ;

-Objective

-Why it is to be implemented

-How it is to be implemented

-Significance of the same etc.

The aim is to create a transparent relation with all our employees at the client side and make them feel better.

The assistance of the members in this regard would be highly appreciated. A sample policy / draft / proposal would also be of great help.
