The topic that you have chosen is broad and much review of literature. And as you know that the literature available in India is less. You have to chose a MNC for this. The organisation should have employees from many cultures i.e. multiculturalism should be existing. As far as my knowledge goes there were studies conducted by Hofstede, Hammer, Bass and from India Jai B.P Sinha works can be useful to you.
