My name is Vishal , working for a telecom organisation Reliance Infocomm Ltd as a Sr. Human Resource Executive

I am doing my post graduation in HR , we are working on a project on International Human Resource Management where I have taken an assignment for Kuwait Based Organisation.

The project comprises of following aspects

1) HR policy in the region (ie; in Kuwait )

2) Labour related problems

3) Functioning of their MNC organisations on INDIA (Working strategy of their companies in India )

4) One typical Example.
