In our organisation and as we HR people know that introduction a new joinee with other employees in the organisation is the part of Induction Programme. In this way we can make our new joinee comfortable with the norms, regulation and work culture of the organisation. He / she must know the orjective as we ll as the rules and regulation of the organisation from the day one. In our organisation we are during induction of any new joinee in the following manner. 1. On the day of joining, after completing the joing formalities like submission of credentials related to personal files, back ground check, identity proof, formalities of I Card, Bank Account, PF & ESI formalities, we provide a name list of existing employees including the senior management so that he/she will well aware about the department and positions. 2. Handbook or HR Manual for company's Rules and regulations 3. Personal meet with each and every employee through a small get together meeting and if anyone is not present to meet him due to some official work. 4. Sending a mail to every employee so that everyone aware about the new person in the organisation. 5. Small introduction letter on the notice board of the employee so that junior management from Peon, security guards to Office boy's level can understand our the new member in the organisation. So in this way we can make the new person well aware about rest of the employee and company's work conditions. Regards Neha |
