 Could you pls let me educate how to do a performance appraisal besed  on bell curve method?

Please explain further.
I think it is simply assigning parameters and on each it is being measured.
Then the % on each parameter with the quantity is graphed so that the mean and deviations can be measured. on average a bell curve should drawn. Bell curve is normal distribution.
