Attrition in Pharma Industry ?
Hello Professionals, I would want to know about the current figure of Average Attrition Rates in Pharma Industry in India. Also what is the HR productivity in the Pharma Industry? Replies anticipated.. Regards, Vishal

i m working in a pharma co.as HR,
handling exit procedures,
currently as per my study the attrition rate in pharma is 20-25 % due to better opportunities & good working culture in other co.'s

Dear All, I have collected the data for three industries and my statistics shows that the attrition in this industry in manufacturing industies is 22 to 26%. The industries having employee strength in the range of 350-550 were under consideration.

Dear Proffesionals, Attrition rate in pharma industry are 10-15, 8-12, 20-25, 24-30 in case of Sr. management, Middle management, Junior management & officers respectively in India, as per data given by 'jaga survey agency'. Regards Biswajit Nanda Manager(HR & Legal)
