Management Lesson IV

Hello Friends,

Here comes the management parable four :-

A turkey was chatting with a bull. "I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree, " sighed the turkey, "but I haven't got the energy.,"

"Well, why don't you nibble some of my droppings? They're packed with nutrients, " said the bull. The turkey pecked at a lump of dung and found that it actually gave him enough
strength to reach the first branch of the tree. The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch. Finally, after a fourth night, there he was proudly perched at the top of the tree. Soon he was promptly spotted by a farmer, who shot the turkey out of the tree.

Management Lesson: 
Dirt might get you to the top, but it won't keep you there.

I have another management lesson to share with you all:
Once there was a sweet sparrow.she lived in the north pole which was the home of chilly winds.One fine evening she was passing by a mountain,shivering in cold and crying for help.There was a cow who was standing there,and there was a fox too keeping watch on the bird.
The cow came towards the bird and she got scared but the cow dropped dung over the bird and she stared feeling feeling suffocated and cried for help but eventually she started feeling warmth of that dung and shouted happily i am safe now.Hearing its voice the fox came and gulped the sparrow.
Management lesson:
1)All who *** on you are not your enemies.
2)All who pull you out of the *** are not your friends;and
3)When you are in deep *** keep your mouth shut
