Aptitude Tests

Hi all,

To introduce myself, I am an engineering graduate and have been working for a leading management education company for last 5 years. We are primarily into the business of training students for entrance exams like CAT (for IIMs), XAT(for XLRI) and other well known management institutes. I have been primarily involved in training students in the areas of Logic and Maths. My key result areas also include making question sets in the areas of my expertise(Logic and Maths).

Over the last four years, I have trained about 7500 students for these exams.

A significant number of these students include engineers who prepare for aptitude tests that need to be cleared in the process of getting recruited by software companies like yours.

I can be of some help to anybody who is looking at some kind of resources on Online/ Aptitude Tests. Such aptitude tests can be used for your recruitment process.

Originality of questions, complete discretion and anonymity is what I can assure you of.

Do keep me posted if any of you would require assistance in this regard.

Re: Aptitude Tests

We are a management training institution, a franchisee center of DirecWay Global Education, which is a set up of Hughes Escorts Communication Limited.

We enable all those working professionals, aspiring to do their Management Programs from any of these Top B-Schools of India viz. IIM-K, IIM-B, IIM-C, XLRI, IIFT, MAHE and NMIMS, to fulfill their dream, without having to sacrifice their Job and personal life, and also retaining the advantage of learning, seeing and interacting in a live classroom like lectures, with the faculty of the above mentioned Institutes of their choice.

The courses or programs are under the following classifications:

1. Certificate or Degree/Diploma courses: these programs are long duration PG programs, ideal for executives who are wanting to add further qualifications to their profile.

2. Management Development Programs - these programs are short duration training programs, ranging from few days to few months, ideal for executives who are looking to brush up their existing skills or learn skills which they believe they lack.

How Does This Happen?

This is possibly the future of education, where- in, there are currently 40 classrooms/centers all over the country, connected via V-SAT or video conferencing, and the above mentioned institutes use this infrastructure to enable aspirants all over India to pursue their Management dream, as they beam their faculty from either their classroom or a studio, at a prescribed time.

There are more than 2000 students nationally doing their management programs in the current year.

There is an entrance test for each and every program to get into it. And as mentioned all these courses are designed specifically for working executives, who are now out of studies. There is always an apprehension among the aspirants. And normally applicants do not appear for the test just because of a fear of failure. So you can guide us, how can you be helpful for them, it will be highly appreciated. Currently we are expecting 2 different PG certificate programs from XLRI.

Thanks in advance,

Anand Sharma
