Personnel management say the worker are tool to acheive profit. But HR say workers are the asset to the company. Hr say Workers as Resource and they consider that resource as investment. Personnel management is more like managing the workforce. As HR is imparting the training and improving the knowledge, skill which ultimately results to achieve the organisational Goal.
