Hi Group Members,

As an IT solutions & trainings firm, we are in a process to restructure our pricing strategies for our staffing needs. both onsite and offshore. I would greatly appreciate some models/ material/documents on different sourcing mechanisms. Kingly elaborate (basically the layers involved and the price flow mechanism) on charges by vendors on per hour basis, T&M Model, Contract staffing..etc

Further, who bears the visa cost, traveling, onsite allowance in case we contract some skills to a client, the consultant being on our payrolls.
