Dear friends, I will be thankful if you can give your inputs on the following with reference to call center industry: 1.organization structure in terms of grade and positions. 2.Salary ( or salary band ) for different levels like customer care agents, Team Leaders,Ops Manager etc 3.Salary components and their interlinkage. Monthly and annual benefits.Any other benefits,loans etc 4. Qualification and experience required for different levels. 5.Any e-group for HR people in ITES industry 6. Any sites providing info on ITES industry
