Role, Responsibilities & Duties in Enquiry Process

Hi all,

I want to conduct an training program on Disciplinary proceedings for our departmental heads and managerial personnel. Can anyone share some material on the how to conduct enquiry proceedings, roles, responsibilities and duties of Enquiry Officer and Management Representative, how to write enquiry report etc.

Please make sure that you consult a legal expert on the:

A. Process
B. Documentation required
C. Employee's right to privacy and remain silent or not participate in an enquiry
D. Courses of action open to an employee /appellate authorities
E. Legal implications on the employment contract Before designing the program.
