Kindly share your concepts and instruments for ESS. I am about doing one and it is for the first time.
Replication of the format from other units may not be a viable option.. You need to see what are you looking for under ESS.. what are the areas you need to cover.. whats the buying in from the management.. is it just one time effort or longterm effort..
How much action planning are you ready to take thereafter etc etc are the points which in my opinion defines the contents of the suervey form.. Some organisation eg, do not touch compensation area in the surevy.. some touch it subtally.. There are hundres of sample forms available on net.. however we need use thd form which ve vetted abd validated by professional bodies.. The language of survey questions effects the response on that..
