Hello professionals, What is that you feel HR managers should include in the Behavioural Training Model? Is there a gap in the Training expected and Give? Can there be anyway where we can find out the effectiveness of Behavioural Training ?
where can we get the training model that is based on the behaviour .... plz reply.
this is kind of urgent....
You should start exploring various behavioral and psychometric tools which help in Training Model.
DISC, 16PF are effective tools which i have used extensively which help us evaluate the participants behavior, thier trainability, job fitment, performance on the Job, etc.
To use the right tool, we need to define the intent of behavioral training and outcome expected.
Understand the behaviour of the employee by the group and the employee itself there is a model called FIRO B. In this model the employee can assess themselves and also identify his/her SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats).
Others views please.
Thanks and regards
