Compensation and Benefits Structure

Dear All,

I am looking for information to help with designing a compensation  and benefits structure. Apart from the usual benefits that a salary  package has, what are the different heads that can be included so as  to remain above the law while making the structure tax friendly?

Thanks

Bijoy

Re: Compensation and Benefits Structure

Hello Bijoy,

Apart from the usual Basic, HRA, CA, Education, etc., you can have the also have the following heads under monthly salary

a) Telephone reimbursement
b) Book, Periodicals, Magazines
c) Car allowance
d) Club membership reimbursements
e) Mobile Expenses reimbursements
f) Medical bill reimbursments

Under per annum package:

a) Soft furnishings
b) Perks / incentives, etc.
c) U can also add Purchase of Car in the package

Hope it suffices your requirement.

Warm Regards
