Afternoon all, I am doing a project encompassing of manning analysis and capacity planning analysis in the area of HR. I have finished with manning analysis. But I don't have any idea about capacity planning analysis.
Does anyone understand about this subject? please kindly explain to me. Regards
Capacity Planning is about how a organisation is equipped to productively utilise the resources for maximum benefit. There are multitude of ways for buidling capacity like change management, training and development, resource forecasting and planning etc.
The primary role of HR Personnel is to effectively understand business objectives and create a optimal way of attaining these through planning and building capacity and capability within the organisation, which is scalable and has a sustained benefit.
