Hi All, I am working in a very big software company which has got close to 800 employees. I have been assigned job to find new ways of employee engagement(employee relation) activities for enitre organization. I want some ideas on the same. Can anybody send me practice that are being followed in various software companies or any of your companies? Regards
In one of the earlier companies that i worked for, in the hospitality sector, these were some of the Employee Engagement initiatives at the corporate office - 1. Joy at the workplace (campaigns like creative posters, JAM sessions in lunch break, etc) 2. Mentoring process 3. Cross functional teams for business dev / improvement processes 4. Corporate volunteering for CSR 5. extensive involvement of employees through the creative use of intranet and company magazines
