Dear All,

I definitely require your valuable inputs on the below mentioned case study:

My company works with the insurance companies.We have a department which deals with Actuarial work.Now we are planning to pull one senior resource from our Canada location so that he can add value to our current unit.He is definitely a useful resource of Indian orgin but a canadian citizen.

My questions are?
1. Do we need to depute him to our place or pull him permanently as a long term basis? which would be a better option.
2.The work permit he needs to apply from their or we have to work it out from India.
3.what is the process of procurring work permit for him?

Please ponder on this issue and let me know your feedback on the same.
