Hi friends,

I am a recruitment consultant and looking for getting tips from the group on how to handle the difficult HR - managers while the first meeting on the offer of our recruitment services and how to negotiate the fair and reasonable terms and conditions.

I have been meeting lot of HR-managers but the closure do not happen as they want to reduce the service charges and that is not commercially viable to work for a reduced margin.

Pls advise how to tackle and what new skills I need to learn to overcome the obstacles.
