Hi,

I am a final year student of PGDM specialized in HR.

My query is what are the courses(regular) that are worth pursuing after PGDM to enhance my knowledge in the field of HR?

Hi Dpak,

There's a lot to do if you want to polish yourself and get ready as an MBA-HR for the real world challenges.

Could you be more specific a to what is your course contents and which college are you from?

Regards,

Re: After PGDM??

Hi Deepak,

Understand that you seem to be a fresh MBA graduate hence inorder to help you visualize your learning post MBA in HR you could think about the following specific HR functions like recruitments, training & Development, labour Laws, performance management etc and get yourself certified in each/all courses/programmes that are available. You could also look at a PHD option.

you could also try distance learning options with a view to also refresh existing knowledge.

hope the above reply answers your question ! all the best....
