Mayur, Nowadays, student community is well informed. Nobody can fool them around with false info about the company. Best way to get them on board is to be transparent. Clearly inform them about the business plans, revenue models, JV's and tie-ups, Performance appraisals, training plan, Growth opportunities and company working atmosphere.
Regular welfare activities like attendence, transportation, canteen, leave facilities, medical coverage,etc, can also be a part of PPT.
Never commit salary hikes, etc., during the PPT - simply tell them it will be perf based.
