I request all members to share about the benchmark on Absenteeism percentage in IT services industry.

Dear Jyothi,

I am not sure whether it applies to IT services, but the benchmark for absenteeism is 5%.

Hi,

After experiencing around 8%, we devised an incentive/bonus system and absenteeism came down to 3%.
