Re: EVALUATING COMPETENCIES FOR TRAINER

Hi Sudarshan,
This will really vary from organization to organization, training area and also who is getting trained. On an entry level, some KPIs for trainer could be:
• Training hours per month
• Number of heads trained
• % hours delivery per trainer
• Performance tests of students after every module to check on product knowledge
• difference between post-training and pre-training participant assessment scores
• evaluation results (from feedback forms completed by training participants)
But this will change when training goes up the management level. Here KPIs could be:
• Return on investment, new behaviours being demonstrated
• Customer satisfaction levels
• % completion of personal development plans for L&D skills

Hope this is useful!!!
