I am looking for a nice questinnaire on gauging /assessing the climate of an organisation , prior to ushering in change. something akin to a "climate survey".

if anyone could fwd me the same or get me the location of its availability it would be gr8.

P.S. I am student and i want this for my project so ,buying it from an trainer or consultant is well not impossible,i guess u guys understand.
