Employee Rewards and Recognition Policy

Hi Group

I am looking for some kind of scheme/policy run by your company to reward or recognize exemplary performance or initiative shown by an employee ( monetary or non-monetary). It can be categorized into extra initiative or performance par-excellence or sustained outstanding achievement. These recognitions can be individual based or team based.

Please also tell me know :-

1.How this entire system functions
2.Measurement criteria
3.What all levels are included
4.Who is empowered to decide on who gets the reward.
5. Is there any moderation committee.

It would also be a great help if you can suggest me some sites/books where I can get the desired info or incase you can suggest some companies running great schemes like these.

Hi All,

The highlights of Rewards & Recognition system that we follow are as follows:

1. Eligibility: All HHML employees (irrespective of the level) & Contract Employees.

2. The various acts/contributions/achievements that will be awarded have been detailed in the system.

3. The type of recognition and the forum (whether plant-level or the company-level) will be decided by the team comprising of the Functional / Unit Head and the Locational HR Head.
