Hi, wanted to know, were you informed before deputation in company B that you will be paid Rs. 5000/month or 8450/month, by company A then probably would be able to say something....

Re: Cheat by an outsourcing company

Hi Syedasifhusain

First of all please get the following clear:

1.  Are you issued an appointment letter and deputation letter by your company (means "B" company).

2.  If so what is the gross pay and net pay mentioned in your letter.

3.  In case no letter is issued to you, what was your understanding with "B" company for salary payment.

4.  As far as charging the "A" company by the outsourcing company for deputing you is not suppose to be your concern, the said amount involves the service charges of the "B" company plus service taxes etc.

5.  Unless you have valid point and proofs or atleast you need to ascertain all factors before even communicating orally to the company where you are deputed.

6.  Such activities of you talking to "A" persons are not considered to be healthy one as either the principal employer ( i.e. "A" company) nor the outsourcing company ( i.e. "B" company) may not like it as you are holding an important position.

7.  You must  also note that  the "B" company must have entered into formal agreement stating that for deputing  each person "B" company can charge "A" company a lumpsum amount and that paying of salary would be between the deputed employee and the "B" company.

Hope the above points gives some clarity on your doubts.

Regards
Sampath

Re: Cheat by an outsourcing company

HI,

I completely agree with Sampath. As he has mentioned you are loosing your credability due to this discussion as secret data is maintained by HRD only.

Also vendor company charges Admin & service charges on the employees deployed. You pls. go through APL given to you.

Regards, Savita
