Whether a comapny has to be registered to provide ESI & EPF benefits to it employees or it is not necessary to be registered.
Please reply on this.
Where in 20 or more employees are working in any factory or esablishment ESI and P.F registration is necessary . In case of ESI coverage the factory or esablishment should be covered under ESI coverage area.

All Factories excluding seasonal factories employing 10 or more person & working with power & employing 20 or more person & working without power & Shops Employing 20 or more persons.
As soon as the above conditions are fulfilled the employer should furnish in detailsin Form -01 for obtaining the employers code.
