HR is the term which means how people of any organisation are managed,HR manage the whole organisation where every things should be systematic. This is necessary that consideration the internal and external factors that can have an effect on the resourcing, development motivation and retention of employees and other workers. Here, External factors such as Economic climate, current and future trends of the labor market that are skills, education level, investments into industries etc. Where as the Internal factors are management style, environmental climate and corporate social responsibilities etc. As we know that, "Life isn't about finding yourself, Life is about creating yourself." Human resources structures the individuals development, Organisation's or Nation's Goals. So, employees should be considered that HR have so many responsibilities not only for development of Organisations as well as for Nation also.
