Bottom 10 Cases -

If B10 employees are not improving on their performance how we can take it forward  to improve.

Dear Uday,

We have to give them them an opportunity to perform. If they are not showing any visible improvement in their performance, we may call them & tell them about their non performance without any bias.Our appraisal system should be objective in all aspects.

Like that we will convince the bottom performers, and we  can eliminiate to enhance the efficiency.
