I would like to knoe if i am giving a warning letter to an employee and he/she refuses to accept it and dont sign it then wht should be my next step?
Can you be please more specific on what kind of warning letter you are talking about??
Thanx for replying. i issued a warning letter to an employee who was quite irregular but she didnt accept it and started giving excuses for being so irregular. She is two year old employee n has been irregular since her joining. what step should i take? she is a difficult employee? Finally i would like to terminate her.
This problem arises everywere enen in my company i am facing the same problem.

Anyways, coming to your point I belive that if you had mention the official timing to all your employees.If not than please do that.Inform all your employees the official timing with grace period (If you want).Tell all your employees that after 3 late coming in a month one day or half a day salary will be deducted.
Than 2 times verbal warning,2 times written warning on mail and if not than please issue a letter with you Head HR or CEO/Directors signature.If she is not accepting as you had mention than start deducting salary .Once you become strict and once she will come to know that her salary is deducting than she will come on time.
Start implementing this and than let me know about her improvement.

I have been deducting her salary from the very beginning, i have given her verbal warnings as well. since she has joined she hasnt taken full month salary home.
Wht shd be my next step?
