MBTI is Myers Briggs Type Indicator, a personality test.

I found some correlations of 4 types of MBTI ( ESFJ, INFP, ENTJ and ISTP) with extraordinary interpersonal skills. Similarly, 4 other types are known to be highly athletic -this has been mentioned in www.socionics.com and www.braintypes.com , a budding field connecting body-mind-spirit to people's persona.

There is more and more predictive ability in this instrument and this has been made use of in several organizations.
