Dear Friends,

I would like to know what kinds of Special Allowances / Benefits can be offered to the employees of a company who are transferred to another up coming  CPSU Steel plant in Bastar District (Chhattisgarh) to motivate them as they have to work under pressures without any comforts at new place unlike employees working in already established projects.
