Hi, If you are talking about skill assessment during performance appraisal, you could adapt below method Bifurcare skills - soft skills and technical skills as per your industry for example :- Leadership skills, communications skills, sales, team work, safety, management skills, initiative skills, quality of work, dependability etc. Under each head, make at least 4 sub head and give rank 1 - low to 5 - highest For ex. Team work 1 2 3 4 5 1 Able to work with my team to achieve the goal √ 2 Work as a efficient team player √ 3 Problem solving skills withing team to resolve any issue √ 4 Take intiative to lead a team to achieve goal of team √ 5 Shoulder new responsibility for any new assignment √
