How to Control Employee Turnover without Increment

Hi All,
I am HR Professional and facing a serious problem these days. Due to recession and business downfall our company has postponed annual increment for the last 1.5 years and employees are resigning from their jobs whenever they found any good opportunity. Please help me in this case how we can stop it.

Regards,
Mubashar

Re: How to Control Employee Turnover without Increment

Hello Sir,

After analysing the whole issue mentioned in your post i would like to suggest you that if u cannot give increment to your employees then u should try to compensate their efforts in some other way like by acknowledging their work ,make them feel like a family member of the company, clearly and honestly mentioning the situation of the company and assuring them that this time will over soon and they will get the result of their loyality but for that company need their support.

Regards
