Absocnding my self

Dear,

I am Anil i was work in leading BPO company for 4 months. i was leave this company without serving 2 months notice period. I didn't sign the any bond or agreement, i just sign the appointment letter.

after some days this company sent me the legal notice through post for recovering amount for 2 months payment.  & they also call me for paying money otherwise they are taken action

so, please suggest me may i pay money for that or not.

Dear Anil, You have breached the contract by not serving notice period properly. When you signed appointment letter, it must have clause for serving 2 months notice period. The way you left is unprofessionalism too.Anyway, even if the action taken it will go civil matter but this may not be good for you for your future profession. Better, you pay notice period and get relieving, no due certificate and experience certificate Regards Govind

Hi Anil,

Leaving just like that is not good for you, you have to inform and convince your HR  if you have any issues.

I'm sure if you really have any problem no HR will turn down you.Since you have signed and accepted the offer they must have slapped you with Legal Notice.

 

Just reply them with your version and leave it. Next time becarefull.

You have breached the code of conduct of the company rules stated.I advice you to apporach the company authorities and settle the matter as soon as possible and arrive at an ambicable solution.
