Some of the necessary and good HR Policies to implement in your company are:

·         Termination & Recruitment Policy

·         Privacy Policy

·         Code of Conduct Policy

·         Confidentiality Policy

·         Workplace Discrimination and Harassment Policy

·         Anti Sexual Harassment Policy

·         Anti Discrimination Policy

·         Disciplinary Policy

·         Alcohol and Drug Use Policy

·         Use of Company Equipment Policy

·         Leave Policy

·         Equal Opportunity Employer Policy

·         Company Sick Leave Policy

And many more. So it is important to know that Human Resource Policies are continuing guidelines on the approach which organization adopt to manage their people.
