I am doing a project on Attrition and Retention,  How fare will it be to say employee satisfaction is one of the key factor in Attrition and Retention.

Hai, Without Job Satisfaction you can not work or continue with the same job what you are doing now. Hence you will think to jump from that. when the dis-satisfaction level reaches its peak you will leave the organisation and it is related to Attrition. Regards, KK Subramanian

Employee satisfaction & employee engagement are directly linked to attrition.In a BPO senario where the crowd is unstable it is vey important to keep the employees highly satisfied & motivated for better productivity.

Employee leaves organisation due to certain reason: It may be related to work dissatisfaction Not satisfied with job content Work environment Workplace politics Dissatisfaction with salary Non recognition for work etc. This indicate clearly that employee satisfaction related to attrition directly
